Glenwood South’s 615 Peace Sells Out

Chappell is thrilled to announce its Downtown Raleigh development, 615 Peace, achieved a complete sell-out earlier this month. The development, created in partnership with Lock 7 Development, is a clear success showcasing the demand for turnkey, high-touch living on the cusp of Downtown Raleigh.

Peace is the second development that Chappell [Powered by Compass] partnered with Lock 7 to execute. The Stephenson, a modern condominium minutes from 615 Peace and steps from Downtown Raleigh’s Village District, was launched a few months before 615. Notably, both joint ventures sold out in their respective pre-sale periods.  

The collection features 24 modern condos on the corner of N Boylan and W Peace St. These homes, located on the cusp of Glenwood South, boast unparalleled access to the shopping, dining, and attractions that define Downtown Raleigh. September 2020 // 615 Peace launches + presale begins. 

October 2020 // Roughly two weeks after launch, 615 Peace is already 30% presold. 

February 2021 // Preliminary construction continues onsite, while 50% of the residences are presold.

August 2021 // Construction officially goes vertical, with roughly 60% of the residences presold.

December 2021 // Roughly 75% presold at 615 Peace. 

Early 2022 // 615 Peace sells out on Glenwood South in Downtown Raleigh.
