Durant marks the fifth collaboration between Chappell and Lock7 in the past 36 months. The Stephenson, a contemporary condo community located in the heart of the Village District, launched in 2020 and quickly gained sales momentum. Later in 2020, the two firms launched 615 Peace, a boutique collection of condos located in the heart of Glenwood South, which is nearly sold out. The two firms are also partnering on North & Broadway, a boutique condo collection located in Downtown Durham, where sales efforts are currently underway. Lastly, Lock7 & Chappell are also working on a large community in Chapel Hill located on Estes Drive featuring more than 100 residences.
