The award-winning Raleigh brokerage also celebrated individual recognition for Senior Agent Billy Hoffman, who earned “Top Team Member” honors for the second year in a row.

The Diamond Award recognizes teams that surpass $100 million in annual sales volume, underscoring Chappell’s continued leadership and momentum across the Triangle real estate market in 2025.
Chappell received the Diamond Circle Award during Compass Triangle’s annual Awards of Excellence celebration. The milestone reflects another year of strong performance for the firm, driven by its expanding portfolio of new development communities and its continued commitment to guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through one of life’s most significant financial decisions.
