Chappell Ranked A Top 15 Triangle Real Estate Team

Chappell [Powered by Compass] is excited, honored, and humbled to share it is ranked No. 14 on the Triangle Business Journal‘s 2020 list of top-performing real estate teams in the region.

This marks the third consecutive year the firm has achieved a top 20 team ranking, which measures total transactions and sales volume amongst the 10,000+ agents in the Triangle. In addition, Chappell was one of three Compass teams named in the rankings.

Since our founding, we’ve grown to include more than 15 team members and we have consistently closed tens of millions in sales per year. We have expanded our network to collaborate with developers around the country and the region, working together to build the Triangle. This past year, our footprint increased even more by launching seven (7) new developments in Raleigh and Durham. We also opened a new Sales Center for new construction projects located at 910 Tryon Hill Drive, Suite 108.
