Chappell Ranked A Top 15 Triangle Real Estate Team
Chappell [Powered by Compass] is excited, honored, and humbled to share it is ranked No. 14 on the Triangle Business Journal‘s 2020 list of top-performing real estate teams in the region.
This marks the third consecutive year the firm has achieved a top 20 team ranking, which measures total transactions and sales volume amongst the 10,000+ agents in the Triangle. In addition, Chappell was one of three Compass teams named in the rankings.
“From investing in digital solutions to implementing increased safety measures, we worked to make our homes accessible from almost anywhere. Our growth this past year is a testament to our team’s hard work, and we’re excited to build on this momentum in 2021 and beyond. This is just the beginning!”
“I’m so proud of our team,” said Johnny Chappell, Owner/Broker. “Even in the face of an unprecedented year, we buckled down and put boots on the ground to guarantee our service to our clients never wavered. From investing in digital solutions to implementing increased safety measures, we worked to make our homes accessible from almost anywhere. Our growth this past year is a testament to our team’s hard work, and we’re excited to build on this momentum in 2021 and beyond. This is just the beginning!”
Since our founding, we’ve grown to include more than 15 team members and we have consistently closed tens of millions in sales per year. We have expanded our network to collaborate with developers around the country and the region, working together to build the Triangle. This past year, our footprint increased even more by launching seven (7) new developments in Raleigh and Durham. In addition, we recently announced a new partnership with Compass, the best boutique brokerage in the world and the industry’s leader in tech-driven real estate. Now more than ever, we are able to offer our buyer, builder, and seller clients a fully comprehensive suite of tools, technology, and resources. We truly invite you to experience real estate differently.
As one of the flagship teams and Compass Founders in North Carolina, we’re proud to be powered by such an established, innovative, and progressive brokerage. This partnership represented Compass’s first venture into the competitive NC market and Chappell’s first formal affiliation with a national real estate firm.
Last week, our in-house marketing team took home five accolades from the 2021 Communicator Awards, which recognized the firm’s innovative approach to website design, storytelling, and visual variety. This further showcases our digital-first commitment to real estate marketing.
“Point blank? We do digital, and we strive to do it better than everyone else,” said Ian C. Dunne, VP Marketing at Chappell. “We already pushed digital heavily before the pandemic, but we doubled-down following many of the local restrictions that limited in-person showings and tours. From leveraging high-end cinematography, immersive 360 tours, and producing more content, we were able to further target consumers with contextual ads and suggest content that was relevant to them online. I really can’t say enough about how our entire firm stepped up to the plate over the last year.”
