Chappell Ranked A Top 20 Triangle Real Estate Team
Chappell [Powered by Compass] is excited to announce another accolade awarded to the firm. The agency recently ranked No. 18 on the Triangle Business Journal‘s 2021 list of top-performing real estate teams in the region, marking the fourth consecutive year the firm has achieved a top 20 team ranking.
This distinguished list measures total transactions and sales volume amongst the 10,000+ agents in the Triangle. Chappell was one of six Compass teams named in the rankings.

Since 2015, our firm has grown substantially in support staff and agents. We’re now a team of 20+ members and we have consistently closed tens of millions in sales per year. We have a full-time in-house marketing team of three (3) professionals, an agent support staff of five (5), an agent roster of 15 expert brokers, with plans to grow even more.
Regarding new home communities, our team launched four (4) new communities, helping bring more critical housing to the market. In addition, our team sold out four (4) communities this year.

The Diamond Circle Award recognizes the firm’s 75M+ generated in 2021 production – attributable largely to the volume of new development Chappell, one of the flagship teams and Compass Founders in North Carolina, is helping to bring to the Triangle market.
