Nestled near Banbury Park, the collection represents the second successful collaboration of Chappell, Concept 8, and DevPointe in Sunset Hills. The partnership’s first effort, Nottingham — seven luxury single-family homes delivered in early 2023 — sold out in record time.

The Duplin collaboration was made possible through the combined expertise of Concept 8, which managed construction, and DevPointe, which served as developer. The architecture was designed by Nick Hammer Architecture. WHAT’S NEXT

With Duplin sold out, Chappell and its partners are preparing to bring several new luxury collections to market. In the Village District area, Phase I of construction is completed at Oberlin Heights, 11 luxury rooftop townhomes with private elevators, and Phase II is nearly finished. So far, almost 20% of homes have sold, with sales activity quickly gaining momentum.
