Raleigh, NC. – IDYLE, Downtown Raleigh’s first Net-Zero Energy-capable townhome collection, has been selected as one of nine stops on Modapalooza, the sold-out Modernist bus tour organized by NC Modernist. The event, which highlights bold examples of Modernist architecture across the Triangle, will feature IDYLE as a pioneering project redefining sustainable urban living.

During the session, Smart spotlighted the sold-out Modapalooza tour and its lineup of significant Modernist works. IDYLE, designed by the award-winning Raleigh Architecture Company and delivered by local builders, stood out as the Triangle’s first Net-Zero-Ready townhome community.
