Chappell is excited to announce our new partnership with Nter Now, an innovative home touring app that allows you to tour on your time. Available now on select Chappell listings. 

Chappell is proud to announce our new innovative partnership with Nter Now. Now, through the Nter Now app you can tour select Chappell listings simply by logging into the app, entering contact information, and entering the passcode you receive when logging in. Through this partnership, we say goodbye to the days of waiting for an appointment or an agent to call you back when you want to tour a property.

Long gone are the days of waiting on an agent to call you back or scheduling an appointment to tour a home days after you saw it! Tour on your time – and then give us a call if you need more info! It’s just that easy.

Now, more than ever, Chappell understands the importance of accessibility and flexibility when it comes to home buying. Through our partnership, we prioritize our client’s convenience and comfort, allowing them to tour when works best and never being more than a phone call away to answer any questions.  While the Nter Now application is currently equipped at The Spring Townhomes development in Fuquay-Varina, Chappell is planning on rolling them out to more of their properties in the coming months.
