In regards to move-in-ready collabs between Chappell and its development partners, ITB Raleigh’s Lyon, has only two duet-style, modern homes remaining in the 70% sold collection. Further out, 50% claimed North and Broadway welcomed its first homebuyers earlier this year to its first finished Downtown Durham townhomes, while in Wake Forest, the Forest on Franklin collection of craftsman-style townhomes only has three remaining residences to explore.
