Chappell Residential Among Triangle’s Top-Ranked Real Estate Team
The ranking, released by the Triangle Business Journal, is based on sales volume and development of the previous year. We are honored to be considered one of the top-ranked real estate teams (for a second year in a row). This new ranking represents an increase of four spots from the previously held 17th position in 2018.
Chappell Residential is excited to announce we recently ranked No. 13 on the Triangle Business Journal’s list of top-performing real estate teams for 2019. This ranking, based on sales volume and performance over the previous year, represents an increase in four spots from the previous year’s ranking. With nearly 11,000 active agents and firms in the Triangle, we recognize that the competition is steep, and we are honored to be a top-ranked real estate team.
2019 was an exciting year for Chappell! Since our founding, we’ve grown to include more than a dozen employees within the five years and have consistently closed tens of millions in sales per year. We have expanded our network to collaborate with developers around the country and in the region, working together to develop the Triangle’s skyline.
