The Dukes At City View Receives DRA Imprint Award
Chappell [Powered by Compass] is proud to announce The Dukes At City View was awarded Downtown Raleigh Alliance’s 2023 Imprint Award. The 50% sold Warehouse District development is a collaboration with Dukes Properties & Construction, Concept 8, and Cline Design.
This coveted development recognition is in acknowledgment of the residential development’s substantial impact on the economic growth of Downtown Raleigh. Specifically, the award is given to major developments that contribute to the forward momentum of Downtown Raleigh and invest more than $2 million in downtown. The Imprint Award was presented during the annual State of Downtown. Representatives from Dukes Properties & Construction, the development team behind DCVRaleigh, accepted the award at the event on Wednesday, September 14th.
The 2023 Imprint Award is reserved for innovative developments that contribute significantly to the ongoing momentum of Downtown Raleigh. Notably, this marks the second such residential recognition for Chappell, following its previous collaboration on Lambert Development’s award-winning West + Lenoir collection.
The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA), a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to the continuous revitalization of Downtown Raleigh while striving to enhance its overall quality of life and contribute to its economic success. The 2023 State of Downtown event, held on September 14th at the Raleigh Convention Center, brought together business leaders and community stakeholders from across the state to celebrate a year of growth and economic achievement in Oak City.

Attendees receive a printed copy of the State of Downtown Raleigh report, which outlines key market trends impacting downtown’s economy and serves as a valuable resource for investors and the community to stay informed about downtown’s growth and success.
The Dukes At City View is currently 50% sold, with only four move-in-ready residences remaining. The collection offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2,000 square feet of living space.
