Chappell is excited to announce our newly revamped brand experience, including a refreshed logo, new iconography, a new website, street signage, and more.
With our new website, we aimed to create a fully immersive real estate experience for buyers, builders, and sellers. Our website is completely custom and full of interactive digital media, including high-res photos, 4k videos, 360-VR tours, and plenty of helpful resources for your buying, building, and selling journey. In addition, you can more easily pick your path with Chappell and explore how our team of experts can transform the traditional idea of real estate.

“A major thing we wanted to accomplish on this project was putting people first,” said Ian C. Dunne, VP Marketing at Chappell. “We wanted to better showcase our team and clients – plain and simple. It’s easy to put up photos everywhere of beautiful homes or stock photos of people – it’s not easy to showcase those people behind the scenes making the transaction happen, or following up with our great clients, showcasing them living in their actual homes. That takes extra work. And it’s just one example of how we go a few steps beyond the expected and the norm. We are not your traditional real estate firm – at all.”
The Chappell residential mark is now the central icon of the Chappell brand, joining the iconic, dark gray “Chappell” seen on signs across our area. The residential mark is indicative of our approach to real estate: ever-evolving, with a twist of modern simplicity.
