Chappell Residential was honored to accept a Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) Imprint Award on behalf of Lambert Development for the West + Lenoir Development in the Downtown Raleigh area. West + Lenoir received this Imprint Award for its economic development Downtown.
Chappell Residential was proud to accept an Imprint Award on behalf of Lambert Development for the new West + Lenoir townhomes in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. This new collection of modern townhomes is embedded in a vibrant cityscape, minutes from the coveted center-city locale. At this year’s State of Downtown, we were honored to attend and witness as West + Lenoir received the Imprint Award, which is reserved for new developments that “contribute to the momentum of Downtown Raleigh” and we are proud to receive this recognition for such an impactful project.
The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) is an official nonprofit organization whose mission is to “continue the revitalization downtown Raleigh by enhancing its quality of life and contributing to its economic success”. On October 2, the DRA hosted the annual State of Downtown where which business owners and community leaders from across the state joined at the Raleigh Convention Center to hear all of the exciting progress Oak City has made in the past year. Here, Chappell Residential was proud to receive the Imprint Award on behalf of Lambert Development in recognition of the economic & community impact of the new development in Downtown.

The report shows the main market trends impacting the economy of downtown and serves as a useful guide for investors and the community to learn about the growth and success of downtown.
