Starla joined Chappell when our Raleigh real estate team consisted of just three people, taking a leap of faith on a young, growing operation. Over the past decade, she has become an indispensable force behind the scenes and a steady presence for our agents, leadership, and clients alike. As Executive Assistant, Starla plays a critical role in our day-to-day operations while helping set the tone for the culture of care and professionalism that defines Chappell.
