The boutique community featured seven modern, luxury single-family homes, perched atop Windemere Dam & Banbury Parks minutes from Downtown. These homes, located at 1601 Nottingham Dr, boast unique access to Five Points, Hayes Barton and Greater Downtown Raleigh, without compromising on SQ FT or the privacy of its homebuyers.
