“For as long as I can remember, being named to the ‘30 Under 30’ list has been a personal and professional goal. I’m incredibly proud and beyond grateful to see that dream become a reality,” said Guld. “This recognition represents years of hard work, determination and the incredible support I’ve received from my family, mentors, clients and the entire Chappell team. My business focuses on listing both new construction and resale properties and working with buyers to help guide them every step of the way through one of life’s biggest decisions. To be recognized nationally for doing something I love is truly humbling.”

Chappell Owner/Broker, Johnny Chappell expressed his pride in Guld’s achievement, noting, “Laura’s work ethic, heart for her clients, and commitment to her craft are second to none. This national recognition is a reflection of the dedication and leadership she demonstrates every single day. We couldn’t be prouder to have her as part of the Chappell family, and this honor is so well-deserved.”

Each year, thousands of young professionals enter the real estate industry, but only thirty are selected for this esteemed honor. The 2025 honorees are recognized not only for their success in the field but also for their commitment to giving back, raising awareness, and helping strengthen the communities they call home.
