Hello! I’m Jigisha Patel, and I’ve spent the last seven years in real estate helping buyers, sellers and investors get more from our competitive Triangle market. (Spoilers: I’m not stopping any time soon.)
No two days are alike in my industry, and as a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I pride myself on being an effective communicator, strategic advisor, and fierce protector, ensuring that my clients are informed and involved from consultation to closing and whatever comes our way after that.
Every transaction has its own set of “wins”—from raising a residential portfolio’s ROI to seamlessly navigating a cross-country relocation, I sit down with my clients to define our goals and then go to work exceeding them. When I’m not helping clients find their next place to call home, I’m focused on finding ways to show up as my best self. I stay active hiking, weightlifting, doing pilates and shopping (trust me, it’s a sport). In my downtime, you can find me journaling, meditating and reading! No matter what comes my way, I stay positive and remind myself how much I have to be grateful for (including you, the person reading this).
