Hello, I’m Matt Lunceford Blivin. I’m a Durham native, a longtime Old West Durham neighbor, and someone who believes real estate should feel both grounded and energizing.
With five years of experience, I’ve learned that no two days in this industry look the same. Each negotiation and challenge brings a new opportunity to problem-solve with clarity, care, and creativity. I love supporting people through some of life’s biggest decisions and helping them move forward with confidence.
In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I also assist in managing land development efforts at Chappell. Development is where strategy meets imagination. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping shape the spaces where people live, work, and connect. It’s collaborative, challenging, and deeply meaningful.
I joined Chappell to work alongside a team that’s raising the bar in real estate. From iconic new builds to neighborhood-shaping projects across the Triangle, I’m proud to be part of a group that’s making a lasting impact—and growing as I make my own mark along the way.
I primarily serve clients in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough. If we cross paths in Forest Hills, Trinity Park, or Duke Forest, feel free to say hey. When I’m not working with clients or on development projects, I’m probably running the American Tobacco Trail, at the farmers market, or walking downtown with my partner and our pup. Odds are I’ve already run past your future home on one of my early morning loops around town!
